Our Process

Phase 1

NAI assigns a team member who immerses themselves into the client's culture and systems. This phase is focused on developing rapport and understanding customer targets and priorities.

Phase 2

With a solid foundation from Phase 1, our team will continue developing their skills with customer systems and technical training. Customer visits and new customer development have begun.

Phase 3

We re-evaluate our targets and priorities with your team to ensure we are always on target. Continued customer visits and new customer development is occurring. We establish strategic plans with long-term goals.

Phase 4

Continued new customer development occurs with ongoing reviews of strategic plans and account performance.

Our Team

William Narens – Started at NAI in 1988 and became President and Owner of NAI in 2000.

The Narens family has been in the automotive representation business for over 70 years (Edward Narens started representing companies in 1953 and officially founded NAI in 1967).

We currently have an experienced team (Account Managers and Engineers) that have full vehicle knowledge in automotive, heavy truck, agricultural, and industrial areas. We work with both parts and material manufacturers.

Our industry relationships and experience allows us to reduce the normal time it takes to meet with the right decision makers and create long term successful relationships.

We have built our organization on integrity, honesty, hard work, and the ability to create new business for our partners.

As we enter this next stage in the ever changing automotive/manufacturing world, we are making the necessary adjustments to enter new markets (electric vehicles, heavy truck and agricultural vehicles) and use the advanced technology that is available to build up the next generation of companies to represent.
